You’re not in a race

When you have a lot to do, you’ll achieve far more if you slow down, specifically your mind and you do that by slowing down your breathing. Your mind works quickly anyway but when you rush it to go even faster, mistakes occur resulting in not making the optimum choices as you go along. Not that it matters too much. Mistakes can be corrected and are not worth getting too precious about. However if your wish is to achieve what you have to smoothly and swiftly, with minimum confusion and delay, start by slowing down your mind, by slowing down your breathing.

Once you feel your system decelerate after a few breath cycles, gather and draw your consciousness backwards into the centre of your brain, whence you will enjoy the vision of the gods amidst the everyday.

If you think that’s an exaggeration, try it now. You’ll notice it’s no big deal and a huge deal all at once, as your depth of perspective drops a few notches.

Once internally situated thus, it’s a simple matter to visualise how you want today to turn out – presumably successfully, enjoyably, abundantly, satisfyingly and pleasantly surprisingly. See yourself attaining this result. Allow yourself to feel the success, joy, abundance, satisfaction and pleasant surprise in your body here and now.

This will institute the appropriate quality of personal magnetism to draw it all into being in real time.

May it do so for you with unexpected efficacy today and tonight.

Love, Doc
