Make fists and percuss on the breastbone in a rhythmic roll for three minutes chanting AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Press down on the radial artery just below the thumb lightly for 20 seconds each wrist.

Ask yourself what you’re grieving about (lung disturbance invariably relates at a soul level to unresolved loss, something you need to cry about).

Then visualize a stream of bright angelic light descending from high above and penetrating your lungs through the tops of your shoulders, until you can visualize them as if filled with light.
