Lengthen Your Spine For The Weekend

To gain and maintain consistent personal power, enthusiasm, vitality, clarity, vision and dignity lengthen your spine and keep it lengthened all the time, even while you sleep. Do this with your mind, by relaxing your neck and visualizing someone pulling you up towards the ceiling or sky by an invisible thread attached to the crown of your head. Train yourself to remember to do this at least once an hour for the rest of your life.

My wish: that you experience yourself with more clarity, energy, uprightness and presence now and through the weekend than ever before and as a result gain a totally new view on your life and where you need to take it from here and that as a result, the weekend brings you at least three huge and wonderful surprises.
