Fill the universe

The key is to relax.

Doesn’t matter which door you’re wanting to open, or which treasure chest you’re wanting to unlock.

The key is to relax.

Relaxation is a subtle business.

It is more or less the opposite of what many believe it to be – collapsing.

Relaxation in the true sense does not lead to collapse.

Relaxation leads to extra alertness, focus, command of the body and mind and above all command of the feelings that arise from the thoughts in your head.

Relaxation facilitates being able to engender life-affirming feelings: warmth, love, caring, courage-to-be-you and joy, the milieu in which miracles of healing and transformation best occur – not just for you – miracles of healing and transformation do not arise in isolation, as we are all connected by an invisible pattern – but for everyone you’re connected with, which eventually includes everyone.

So it’s all good.

And all you have to do is stop gripping on with your muscles and breathe without holding your breath.

You can make it a bit easier, as you sit here, by lengthening your spine, dropping your shoulders and letting yourself sink, going with the force of gravity, allowing just your elongated spine to hold you upright.

Notice that when a worrying thought arises, it causes your muscles to start gripping again, here, there and everywhere, which in turn causes a negative feeling in the belly-chest area.

Each time this happens, flood the thought with neutralising white light and keep breathing.

Draw where you’re looking from backwards into the central area of your brain, to afford you deeper perspective on everything and be therefore more prone to balanced response.

Above all, soften your chest and all the muscles around (and in) your heart.

Notice how this causes warmth to arise in your chest.

Allow this warmth to spread around you and fill the entire space of your consciousness (the whole universe is going on inside your mind).

Fill the universe with love.

And you live in a loving universe.

Good things happen in a loving universe.

May you be surprised by the flow of good things your way today and tonight.

Love, The D
