Engendering a miraculous flowering of your life-story today

Following your chi rather than your internal list of shoulds and shouldn’ts, coulds and couldn’ts, in terms of making decisions about what to do, how to do it, who to do it with and when to do it, is the way suggested by us Taoists, on account of it generally seeming to work more effectively outcomes-wise and use far less energy up along the way, based on the notion that your chi, being the active expression of the Tao – the Tao in motion – always knows best.

The only slightly tricky aspect is learning how to feel the chi so you can follow it in the first place.

This is done by tuning into your belly, all the way from the top of your pubic bone to the bottom of your breastbone and especially around your navel area.

Whatever you’re feeling there is your chi, more or less distorted by the worry-based stress you’re generating. Breathe a bit more freely and slowly and let go of the stress in the belly, and you increase the levels of pure chi, thus making it easier to feel.

Once you’re feeling it you’ll also be instantly able to discern which way it’s urging you to move. Usually this will be by a series of simple small steps, which if followed like a small child will lead you directly to your highest good in a far more efficient, enjoyable way than following the traditional way of reason.

I wish you a miraculous flowering of possibilities today.

Love, Doc
