Big Bird – first exercise

Try this first movement from the Big Bird recorded as a bonus for my School For Warriors 2 training.

It’s one of the most powerful movements in the Tai Chi practice and part of my Tai Chi Workout.  It’ll make you feel like a big bird flying, it’s a beautiful feeling.
