Take a moment to drop the world, or more precisely, your description of it. Take a deep breath in, dear Member, and as you exhale fully and at length, drop your
Satsang is an ancient Sanskrit word. It means sitting together in truth – hanging out in mutual authenticity, without artifice or pretence in order to feel and commune with the core of each other, and so elicit an experience of the underlying background presence informing us all and all of this.
Barefoot Satsang is held most weeks - an hour of reflection, meditation and healing. The sensation is of basking in the Tao's love. And not only does it fortify and align you to be able to experience and perform at optimum levels for the week ahead, not only does it clarify your mind and focus and so help making those difficult decisions and choices, it sends out a force field of positively charged healing energy throughout the collective field and so helps accelerate evolution for everyone.
And as far as I can see, this is fairly crucial for the human experiment at this momentous time.
Give this recorded session a whirl absolutely free - and if you like it, visit Barefoot Satsang and join me live - it'll be even more beautiful with you there.
It means sitting together in truth – hanging out in mutual authenticity, without artifice or pretence in order to feel and commune with the core of each other, and so elicit an experience of the underlying background presence informing us all and all of this.
Whenever we meet together in awareness of this presence (the Tao), it brings healing and miracles for all present. This energy spreads by ripple effect to everyone you know, from them to everyone they know and so on six times, until everyone on Earth is benignly affected. In this sense, it’s world- healing.
My latest series of healing satsang meditations is based on my latest book The Message – Vision for a New Golden Era. We'll be reframing the Ten Commandments to evolve a new way of living together as we enter possibly the greatest transition of conditions ever experienced by humankind.
By eliciting love, by accessing the angelic presence within via the Taoist internal alchemy, enlightenment occurs, along with a natural empathy-born ethos of decency, for which amazingly/ironically the Ten Commandments provide the perfect guideline, in that once enlightened it's obvious you put no other lesser gods before the one presence, it's obvious you don't want to kill, or steal and so on. It's a fascinating exploration and gives rise to the deepest insights and template for living together in a new way in a new golden era.
If you’ve never been to a Barefoot Satsang before, all you need is your computer, preferably with some headphones. Each satsang comprises a 20 minute reflection on the topic being covered before I lead you into a 20-30 minute guided meditation. Then there’s the opportunity to ask questions on what’s come up in the session or on any issues or challenges with which you would like my help.
