Been receiving more than a few messages on a similar theme from points various around the planet so sensing this issue might somehow be in the air just now, dear Circlist, namely people feeling trapped in situations of their own making and

The key to being able to relax enough to enjoy being here in the miracle of your life, a state you must reach before being able to manifest what you need, lies in letting go of the tension in your body and specifically in the muscles and soft tissue.
This is especially true for
Manifesting things is just a game you’re playing. But it’s not life itself. It’s not the reason you’re here. You’re not here to manifest things. You’re here to enjoy being here and that’s so the Tao, which expresses itself through you, can enjoy itself in your body and mind. So from that point of view the gap between setting something in motion and its coming to fruition is unimportant because you don’t really care how long something takes.
You know everything happens in its own time. You know that you manifesting things isn’t the point of being here, that the point of being here is to enjoy it so life can enjoy itself through you. And that instils patience in you, not as a virtue but as a default state of being. What’s there to grow impatient over? You already have the joy of feeling the joy of the Tao in you. You already have the greatest prize of all – why would you need to rush anything?
However you’re human and like everyone else suffer from your unenlightened moments from time to time – moments you get caught up worrying whether what you want really ever will come to pass, as if its coming to pass was the actual point of your life. You get confused. And this is especially so when waiting for something really big to manifest, as really big things often take longer to squeeze through the gap between the worlds.
Press down on the notch in the bone at the base of the throat, the notch in the uppermost edge of your breastbone in the middle – your supraclavicular fossa – as if intending to draw the bone down towards your feet a millimetre or two.
This instantly clears the mind, restores the perspective and increases the patience levels.
Use it today, tonight or over the weekend at any time you’re loosing your patience with life, with yourself or with others and you’ll be delighted with its ability to reset you so your natural ebullience can once again rise to the fore.
Wish: your natural ebullience rises to the fore and draws you along a whole new unexpected adventure stream now.
The armour you’ve built around yourself without realising, the armour that prevents you feeling the pain of life too much, but which actually just isolates you and so causes you even more pain, also cuts you off from receiving the blessings of life – it cuts you off from and deprives you of the flow of good coming your way – it blocks what you need coming into manifestation.
This is especially so in relation to the area around your heart. When your chest is tight and guarded it blocks the flow of love and all love carries with it - not only the love trying to radiate from you but the love trying to reach you from others. It’s this love that comprises the stream of energy that brings you what you want in life. Of course the things you want don’t drop from the sky, out of thin air – what you want is sent by the Tao but is delivered by other people.
The more open-hearted you are, the more freely others are drawn into your orbit and it’s this movement of energy towards your person that brings with it the opportunities and situations you need to ensure your success.
I give an exercise in the Members’ Wisdom Drop today to help you dissolve the armour a little bit.
But for now, in any case, use your mind to command the muscles and soft tissue of your chest to relax a little bit more now – picture your chest and say, ‘reeeeeee-lax, chest!’
Wish: a whole slew of good things come bounding along your way today.
It’s important to talk to yourself in a kindly way. You have to become real friends with yourself. You have to learn to trust yourself. At your deepest level, you are the Tao in human form with your face on, so it stands to reason that the better terms you’re on with yourself, the more you’ll trust yourself and hence the more you’ll trust the Tao. In this state of self-trust you tend to be more up for complying with your own wishes – sticking to your own agreements with yourself to manifest whatever it is and do whatever you have to do in real time to make it happen. Which may sound daft – why wouldn’t you comply with your own wishes, especially when it’s for something you actually want? Well, think back to all the times you sabotaged your own happiness and you’ll see why it’s an issue, why it needs focusing on.
Implicit here is developing that crucial sense of trust in your own leadership – this is tantamount to developing real trust in the Tao, in life.
Spend a bit of time talking out loud to yourself in a truly kindly, loving tone – encourage yourself, tell yourself well done for all your achievements so far, no matter how seemingly insignificant. Be your own success coach. It’ll do wonders for your progress.
Wish: you trigger a whole new stream of unexpected success today.
Accelerating the creative process can be achieved by doing something that at first seems to have nothing to do with creativity at all. However the ancient Taoists understood the way energy flows in your brain and how to stimulate it in such a way to cause an increase of creative thinking.
Turning off the TV and leaving it off is perhaps one of the most profoundly sensible moves you can make these days if you wish to keep your mind and outlook relatively clean and untainted by the plethora of spurious, subjective nonsense pervading the airwaves most of the time – it’s a real energy suck and gives you nothing back but stress.
And yes, there are some good things on it but so what – there are loads of good things not on it too. The screen hypnotizes you and renders you passive and semi-helpless, while the gamma rays suck your chi and the questionable editorial policies of the various channels play themselves out in a dull shower of mediocrity in front of your eyes. And while you think not watching it could put you out of touch with the zeitgeist, in fact it’s the opposite because once your mind is free of the dross the box (mostly) purveys, you are far more easily able to tune in to the actual undercurrents driving society.
Instead of sitting there sucking up other peoples’ ideas, use the time to create your own output in whatever format most suits – use the time to contribute something valuable rather than consume loads of mostly worthless rubbish and you’ll find your whole life takes on a new dimension, a new depth. It’s true the commercials are works of art on many levels but is it really worth devoting your precious time on earth to marvelling at the art behind selling things to you?
De-hypnotize yourself and give that time and energy back to you.
Remind yourself that your own life constitutes an adventure far more thrilling and amazing at every level than anything anyone could possibly conjure up on TV and only watch it if someone actually comes up with something even more riveting.
But considering where you actually are right now – on a planet hurtling through space at no less than 600 miles a second, when you calculate in the movement of the solar system and of the galaxy, sailing into the heart of the mystery of self-realization, it’s hard to imagine what could be more exciting.
So off the box, say I, and be creatively proactive.
Merry Monday wish: that you spontaneously discover a creative seam that opens your adventure up to a whole new and vastly more delightful dimension.
